I so love to go and see what you have done to your page and your work place. Even if it is "messy" it is a beautiful and lovely mess.
Love the painting you do on the furniture.

Ps I have added text in English to my last comment.
And will do so every time I put something in my blog. From now on.

Absolutely LOVE your studio - what a great space and you reuse old things so beautifully - A true junker at heart, I love to do the same thing, often bringing home things that need a new chance at life...I'm so glad you visited my blog, because now I found yours. I could sit here and peruse all your pages for hours. I am an artist as well, creating vintage fabric collages, so I love to find other artists. I'll be back!!

Ok, I am completely jealous of your fantastic studio!!!
Did you say 1,000 sq feet??? (Thud)

I'm working in 10x10 room. And that houses all my fabric inventory, shipping supplies, book keeping, computer, sewing machine, cutting table, reference books, etc....

Can I come work at you house for a while? LOL

Morning Karla, I just have to tell you how impressed my Swedish and Norwegian friends are of your work. One of them is even going to look for a gate to put in the garden.
I've been asked to tell you since some of them don't read or write English.
Have a nice day
Hugs Eva Agnes

Karla,
I love, love, LOVE the shutters on your back porch alongside those gorgeous, red, French doors! I'm a big fan of red. And your rose-painted chair is so charming.

How nice to have such a big space to work in and that is so versatile that you can shape it into any function necessary. I'd love to sit in that porch rocker with you and have a cuppa coffee and rock Sugarwings.

Diane Guthrie

Great idea to have two parties in one week.

I'll have to remember that!

Marilyn

Karla, I love your give away items. Please include me in your drawing.

I was in Garden City, just 90 miles west of Greensburg. I have a cousin and her family that farm there and they were all spared. The tornado went right between their farm and their sons farm. They said it was just horrible and so big.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I love yours and all your art work is so beautiful.

The Feathered Nest

I remember that photo of the patio doors with the painted shutters! I pulled that out of the magazine cause I thought it was such a great idea. I still plan on doing something similiar. Fabulous studio space, I'm jealous!
