I love seeing photos of your home.
Framing the quilt piece is a wonderful
idea. I have some flower garden pieces
that my mother-in-law pieced, but never
finished.

I see something in one picture that I have...yours is holding roses~that tiny china cup or something I don't know what it is. Did you hang those tea cups from that headboard? And the hankies on the window? So cute!
Do you know Sunday Hendrickson? Tell her someone wants her to start a blog. I need another reason to sit for hours.

Karla, The pictures of your home are wonderful. Isn't it nice to have this record of how it was decorated then.

I love the idea of framing the quilt square. I nice memory of your grandmother.

I just love to come here and read your blog! Romantic Country--wonderful magazine and they are lucky to have you writing and sharing your amazingness (yup, I just made that word up!) with them! I really love that you have such a strong love of family and that nostalgia is what makes your decorating and crafts so warm and beautiful.

I don't know how you get so much done in one day... I am in awe of you! lol I loved seeing pictures of your crown you got... so so pretty and of course your sweet sugar wings!

I am planning a total redo of my living room! I bought a shabby chic slipcover for now until I can get a new couch...I am going to start painting things white and do a softer look.. I am so nervous! I am inspired by the way you say you switch things around and aren't afraid to try new things. xoxoxo Heather

Wow! LOVE that hutch!
Why is it that we love to rearrange and change? I think it's ciz it gets my creative juices going... and if I have to clean, I might as well make it fun by mixing things up a bit here & there!
Oooh, can't wait to see who WINS!!! ME! ME! ME! PLEASE!

Betty @ She's Sew Pretty

I love all of the pictures and I remember seeing the hutch somewhere. It is so pretty. I really love the picture with the pink roses. I can't wait to read your article. Your blog did open quickly for me today, by the way.

I remember seeing these pics & drooling over them!! I've got my hubby's grandmother's hutch, would love to do something like this with it someday & give to my daughter. Such pretties ~ don't see how you ever give anything up!
