Very neat. I must of missed this post the first go around. Anyhoo, I love the idea... It's so Karla! :)

My free hand painting isn't so great... but it does look like fun. Will definitely have to remember this.

How beautiful - rose painted cookies with the roses on the tablecloth and the napkin! We've always frosted ours with colored frosting, so I want to try this out!

What beautiful cookies!!

What an original idea! I've never seen prettier cookies. My mother and I used to make Santa face cookies when I was a kid. They required a special cookie cutter that you had to press the dough into to make an embossed cookie. Then, numerous decorating steps were used to create a really pretty cookie. Santa's beard was shredded coconut pressed into white frosting. It was so fun to help make those little works of art! Very fond memories. Sugarwings will always remember making cookies with you too!

wow! shabby cookies! look so yummy! very impressive Karla!
have a great weekend!

Karla, I missed this, too, but what a treat...two blog entries! These cookies are so beautiful...you make it look so easy!

Sugarwings has the prettiest eyes I have ever seen! She has always been so cute but she is becoming a beauty.

What a great idea to "recycle" a post to still participate. That is so you, Karla. ;->

And the "What do you LOVE about your Holiday Home" party sounds like fun. So much so I might actually decorate a little and take pictures just to join in.

Hope your weekend is fabulous fun!
