what a fun post. love pixie-pie's new brother and the girls are so cute playing together. reminds me of summer days in south dakota. the flowers are yummy and those sweet doggies look adorable!!!

Ah, newborn babies. I just love that photo of you hubby sleeping with the babies! It's just what I imagine life as a grandparent will be like. How exciting about the kitchen starting so soon -- and picking out your island.

PS - the dorkies are precious in their matching do's! And the millinery photos are the things that dreams are made of. I could look at them all day!

Oh Karla, what beutiful babies..even your fur babies! I'm excited I'll be a new grand ma in a few months, I can't wait
this is my first grand baby!!
Good luck with your new kitchen. Well water is GREAT!! I get to water my flowers as much as I want at no cost to me!!
Loving the country life!!

Must...have baby.... to squeeze!

CONGRATS on the new family addition! What a joy:) On a crafty note, been thinking of asking you about this, & maybe other newbie crafters could use some tips.... what is the best way to dye the paper doiles that can be purchased for placing under foods (like we used as kids for Valentines Day cards)? Second question; can you talk about how the best way to work with, & do the gathered effect with crepe paper. lol Can you tell I am in Halloween crafting mode. Thanks!!

wow..what exciting news..a new addition to the lil sweet family..look forward to hearing/seeing your new kitchen renovation...take care..

Those little ones are precious...
You are lucky to have such beautiful sweet grandkids. Congrats on the little fellow...so exciting! :)

All those babies, two and fourlegged are adorable. Mayara has those gorgeous blue eyes, too. Your son has such beautiful children.
Glad that you are going to start your kitchen project but I don't envy you with packing up your kitchen. We are finally going to move tomorrow and I'm sooooooo tired of packing that I can't wait to get it over with! It will all be worth it I am sure but right now I'm not convinced!! I got all the boxes out of the attic yesterday and I guess that from climbing the dropdown ladder the tops of my legs are so sore it is hard to get up and down. I just have to hang tough for a few more days.
Hope you have a great weekend!
