What talent you have Karla. Your thoughts and craft ideas. Everything looks so pretty.

Hope you have a great weekend.

It is certainly comming together fast!!
Can't wait to see the finished room.
Love those ceiling tiles

Wow, Karla! To you it may just be one more thing, but really not many people could scrounge up a solution for the flue cut-out or needed tiles so stylishly.

This post also really emphasized how not only are you creative but seriously hard working. That last Before shot really drove the point home. Way to go!

Fingers crossed that the Home Stretch continues smoothly.

Your ceiling is fantastic! Your sure did an awesome job of matching up all the tin tiles. The kitchen will be a piece of art in itself. What a cozy place to get creatively cooking, love it Karla!

Karla, I don't know how you have the energy to get up in the morning, much less do anything else! The kitchen is looking great and I SO love the ceiling! Fabulous!

My neck hurts just THINKING about the work on that ceiling! You are a trooper and it looks just beautiful and well worth all of that hard work you have put in!

Any suggestions for kitchen cabinets made from press board covered with vinyl. When we moved in our house 6 yrs ago, planned to have new cabinets installed within 2 yr. Then the economy went south....so did my new cabinets. I hate the vinyl clad ones....some of the vinyl is peeling...HELP!

Ive painted over vinyl and Formica too. If I were you, though, Id use a really strong primer, not a water based one. Once it is well primed, paint away!
