Great post Karla! You must have been reading my mind. I swear I was going to look around for a tutorial on making pumpkins. I wish we were getting together to craft some pretty Halloween project at the cottage. For now I'll start looking through my fabric scraps. Thanks Pam Perrella

Oh Karla they are all fab!! Makes me want to root through my closets for fabric and make some immediately. Unfortunately I'm in the middle of painting our back porch and it takes priority. It's painted and primed - just have to add the actual paint this weekend!

Have fun!

I love how, when you have a long list of things that need doing, you decide to make a pumpkin. Or twenty! You are a girl after my own heart! When I have the most pressing list of things hanging over my head is EXACTLY when I want to be creative and escape!! Your pumpkins are fab, and the added inking at the top is an awesome touch. Love 'em!

Brenda Kula

They're beautiful, Karla! But then I've never seen anything you've made that wasn't.

These are so beautiful, Karla! I'm glad they have been good art therapy. You said they helped pull you out of the doldrums. I know that feeling!

I love the tags, velvet millinery leaves, and glitter you've put on some. Oh, and who wouldn't love the stems and curly tendrils.

I know those who get them as gifts will be very thrilled.

Laurie

I loved touring your pumpkin patch! My favorite are the pink ones grouped together!

jeanie

Let's hear it for art therapy! I bet most therapists would be thrilled if those they were working with turned out something so beautiful as these! They're lovely, Karla -- and thanks for the tips!

Thank you so much for the Velvet Pumpkin!!!!!! I absolutly love it! Kevin and I both do! It is always like Christmas getting a box from Karla Nathan - I have it on my hearth with one of my fall displays. I will be sure to post it on face book when I post my Fall decor pic's. Kevin and I love you and miss you and Rich! Give everyone our love!
