Your apple rosette tarts look yummy and so pretty, and I am going to try them this summer.

They are amazingly simple to make!

Karla, after you roll them up to put in the muffin pan, how large do you cut them? Inch, 2", or how many do you get from one roll -- either way would help. Hosting a tea this weekend and they might be just the thing! Also, I'm guessing regular muffin pan, not mini, right? Can't wait to try!

Jeanie, you might be better off googling a recipe that has more detail! Sorry, Im not strong on recipes, I fudge details and make things up. I didnt do my tarts the way the videos show. Its easy to find one on Pinterest or YouTube.

Karla, they look delicious! Even more so because they are on that vintage plate! 😉 Shortly after seeing your post I saw one from Country Living on FB that was similar - except I think they made one large pan and cut into wedges. I tried to copy and share the link.
Thanks for sharing your technique and picture.
As always, I enjoy your posts - food, gardens, house, dogs, kiddos, travels, arts, crafts, vintage, etc. You cover and share it all beautifully!
Enjoy~🌺

Ive seen the full pan apple roses too, but thought this might be easier. Ive done the full pan spiral of vegetables, and found that they turned out better for me in tart pans. I lose control after about one spin around in the bigger pan.
